We will only use your personal information where we need to in regards to:

-       fulfilling the contract we are about to enter/have entered into with you

We do not under any circumstances sell on your information to any 3rd parties.

Information you have provided may be shared with other relevant companies with your agreement only in relation to your request/question/booking for example.

Personal data is not held offline.  We may require you to sign printed copies of information provided at events, such as medical information forms, however these will be transported securely and destroyed immediately following the event.

Photographs

We often take photos and videos at our events, to be used as promotional material on our website and social media.  

At each event we ensure to make participants aware of this and by signing up to our events you agree that you are happy for you to be included in such material. 

When posting material we do not include individual’s names or other personal information unless you have provided permission for us to do so.  

Dirty Runners will take all steps to ensure images are solely used for the purposes they are intended. 

Should you not wish to have your photo or video included in promotional material then please advise Dirty Runners of this immediately.  If you see a photo or video of yourself that you would like removed from our website and/or social media please contact us at contactus@dirtyrunners.co.uk immediately for removal.
